sent they can not be exchanged or replaced. You will have to purchase

Files are sent zipped and for large sets, there will be zips inside of zips.
You will need to unzip them before you can use them. Each design will
be sent in 4 formats (pes, hus, jef, vip) Please do not write to me with
questions about how to operate your software, machine, or computer.
Better to call your dealer, I'm just a blond digitizer and only wish I knew
how to help.
